We fought the Champion Risen Warrior once in Arah because some party member new to the dungeon for the first time aggroed him by accident and couldn’t de-aggro without running into Lupi.

Instant 10-15 minutes down the drain, most of it spent ressing a zerker ele who didn’t know how to dodge.

Why do people say ‘just run, don’t fight’? Reward: one blue Carrion Cabalist Hood is why.

You should run with parties that want to clear everything – people specify that on gw2lfg.com – if you’re so keen on cleaning out the trash. But don’t make everyone else do it your way too.

Have you ever seen veteran speedrunners in other video games? They skip as much as they possibly can.

I’m hoping rewards for trash mobs will be increased. Maybe some sort of system could be implemented, where the more trash mobs you kill during a dungeon run, the better the drops get.

In GW1, dungeons such as FoW and UW all had trash mobs that could drop valuable crafting materials (obsidian shards and globs of ectoplasm respectively). This made killing the foes much more worth while.

Better solution than making some change forcing people to fight a bunch of unrewarding trash….is to make the trash worth killing.
