No finder/how to invite?

I haven’t played for a really long time.
Now that I’m back I wonder if I’m just not looking carefully or if there are really

1) no dungeon party finder tool
2) no way to simply click on a name in chat and choose “invite”, instead of having to type out the name.

Please tell me I’m wrong.

The party tools are trash though.

They’re working on an in game lfg tool.

Party tools still remain terrible probably though.
