These pre armors don’t really have me jazzed up, so could we get a look at the final versions for each race and gender?

It was promised as a feature of HoT/raids. Now all 3 raid wings are released and we are only 1 collection closer to the legendary armor. Seems like an insult to me.

We should wait for people to actually finish the first collection to know how to progress in collection two (or whatever) before complaining.

IF the speculation is true that we will need to multiply gift requirements by 6, then I don’t see many happy peeps. Also with the changes to Gifts of Battle being only in reward tracks now…

To be fair, if the precursor-armor is any indicator on how the finished product will look like, I’m certainly going to pass. lol
Gonna grab the free ascended set and that’s it.

See, this is why raiders said they didn’t play the raid for the loot. Right now they’re too busy thinking about how to kill the bosses rather than thinking about the legendary armor =p

Won’t they follow the current precursor → legendary design, meaning they will look the same, but with more sparkles?

Well, following the “theme” they have the first attempt is generally considered a “failure”, then it gets better, so I assume it would be the same with legendary armor.
It’s just a shame that this looks… well. It seems like the designer(s) wanted to incorporate too many ideas and tried out way too many things. Since we still don’t know how the later stages of the armor (and ultimately, the final result) look like, this isn’t exactly encouraging to keep on with the journey. Many players (including me) will just wait for someone who is going to craft it anyway and then release screens (or wait until it’s accessible through the wardrobe as that’s not possible yet, is it?) and then decide.
