I’m currently at reward level 17 so I’m almost there regardless but I was wondering if I could just skip ahead to get one crystallized mist essence. This grind has been ridiculous for the infused fractal capacitor. Thanks in advance!

if you have 25 AR you can just join someones lfg for a 20-29 or have someone open it for you. I cant imagine grinding for a fractal backpiece doing only sub 20s….

Ok sorry let me rephrase that, I thought you couldn’t get loot based on a level higher than your own, meaning someone who is level 1 cannot join a group at level 50 and get the level 50 rewards.

Well, the end reward (after the 4th fractal) depends on your personal fractal level. The drops in the fractals (including mist essences) aren’t influenced by personal levels, just by the active fractal’s level.

Kinda, you’re limited on your final chest by your personal reward level, however doing say a 10 at a reward level of 50 will not net you a 50 reward box, it’ll still be 10. A personal level of 10 doing a 50 however would get the 10 box still. So it’s not so much that it depends on personal reward level but it’s capped by personal reward level.

globs (since youre 11+) will drop in 21+ until your personal reward level is 21+, and then you will get shards.

edit: oh, numbers might be 10 and 20 instead of 11 and 21 but you get the point
