Salvaging dungeons for FOTM

It’s actually not terrible suggestions since anet is obviously inclined to go the direction they are in.
It’d require some work though converting dungeon paths into FOTM. Gotta add the instabilities and such. So it couldn’t happen in time for HoT. Maybe down the line. And of course not every single one would be appropriate for a fractal.
How to do it:

- Convert all dungeon tokens into Fractal tokens. This will help make the wallet cleaner, I won’t have to see 20 different currency. Make all dungeon rewards cost fractal tokens and/or put it as drops in the respective fractal instance. This will give more varied loot.

apart from that nice idea, but i guess it does not fit into the “story”, even if they did it with molten and aether…

You can convert them into dungeon armor to salvage it for ecto. Then gamble it all away to the skritt gambling machine.

I would rather them take all of the story instances, excluding Arah but including shorter/reworked Arah paths, and making them into fractals (maybe start adding the others paths down the line). I do like the idea of a singular currency. Or just keeping dungeons the same with increased tokens…

Dungeon is gonna stay the same as they were 3 years ago (except the rewards), and it should be that way. I had stopped doing it daily for quite sometime now and I don’t want it in the new HoT content.
Please no. Please, can anet stop wasting so many resources revamping old content. Leave dungeons alone. Make new fractals. Make NEW something. Are raids even coming out with HOT?

Because they seem to have the most lore/story connected to them that more directly effect the player. While a lot of the paths have good content, most tend to give a fuller story, meaning that they are still important enough to be in the game. So paths, like with AC just seem kinda lacking in terms of lore and consequence. This is all IF something like condensing dungeons into fractals were on the table. I would rather them stay as they currently are and be improved in the format that they exist in. A single currency would help player like me that would rather not grind a single dungeon for all of the skins but would rather be able to do any of the dungeons in order to work towards a single goal.However, I would keep (unified) dungeon and fractal tokens separate as long as they remain separate.
