The final grawl shaman (Fractals)
There’s a set pattern to the boss. Dps and at every 25% of his HP he forms a bubble with around 30 charges (1 attack removes one charge) and moves towards a trapped villager on the edge of the island. If he reaches the villager he knocks them into the lava and restores 20-25% of his hp i.e. all the damage you just did. While he is in the bubble he spawns lava adds (number depends on fractal levels).
The general tactic is to try and fight him in the middle of the platform so he has a reasonable distance to travel until he hits a villager. As soon as the bubble spawn use multi hit moves e.g. unload for thieves, grenades for engi’s etc to remove his bubble. Bubble is number 1 priority. As soon as bubble is down ignore boss and clear up adds – projectile reflect is very useful for both adds and boss. Once adds are down you have two choices. Either continue to dps boss or if you need to res people one – two people need to kite whilst the rest res.
His bubble move only triggers at set HP’s so you can just delay the DPS until you are all up. He has lower HP than most legendary bosses and that why you were able to DPS him in lower fractals. Higher up his agony and burning hurts too much.
Its just a case of Bubble > Lava Adds > Res/ DPS.
If the squishies keep dying its a case of they need more conditional removal and l2p. Most (but not all) thieves are bad at this but you just have to hope they get better or group with friends/ guildies.

On higher levels you can’t ignore the adds and you can’t focus them, you have to mitigate them. Discuss beforehand what you can do as far as projectile block/reflect, CC, or bunching up + AE so the adds don’t destroy people while you’re breaking the shield.
