i want to make money selling doubles (or those my class can’t use) and anet doesn’t let us by making everything soulbound or acc soulbound, WHY? I don’t have alts i care about so right now i have 3 ascended items i have ZERO use for, do i mystic toilet them when i could make 30g+ per item on TP? like wtf? who came with such an amazing idea… Anet certainly don’t want us to make money (like u could make in gw1 by playing dungeons) by playing dungeons.

Personally I think it’s great Anet decided to make ascended items soul-/ account bound. Especially considering how devided the community is on this subject. There are plenty of other ways to make money. Every game comes with 5 character slots. I’d suggest you roll an alt or as you so eloquently put it “mystic toilet” them.

You cant even put them into the MF, I tried, because all rings I found so far dont have the stats I like.

People complained about not having anything to do because they had gotten everything they wanted in a short amount of time, and could not be kittened to play the existing content just for fun. It should not be surprising then, that when ANet put in new shinies, they also put in ways to slow down their acquisition. Don’t expect them to make the same mistake twice.

wow just wow….. wtf are we supposed to do with them? Everyone that isn’t playing Frac casually will get lots of ascended items, so, what are we supposed to just discard/destroy them? Its hard to care for a certain item when you have 5 exact copies of it, its just wasting inventory space.

At the very least they should unlock the ability to MF 4 of them for a reroll to speed up getting the exact rings you want for people that grind it a lot. Wouldn’t have to have a proc chance for a better item, just pop out a random ring of the same tier so people who get unlucky with duplicate or off-stat rings have something useful to do with them that mitigates their un-luck somewhat.
