i use S/D ele with LH and so i dont need to doge much but i see blind on boss and its like 3 more sec on him but he still gets me why ? and im pretty sure blind still on him and his buff only say 10% less efective

It means 90% of the time Blind has no effect. So you get hit 90% of the time.

“10% effective” is very different from “10% less effective.”

90% failure rate is a terrible mechanic when you have no idea when that 10% procs. It just makes blind completely useless against bosses. IMO it should at least be 10% successful application of blind and when successful, it works as usual.

Yes it’s only 10% as effective, so there’s only a 10% chance for him to miss, this is to prevent a group from completely nullifying a bosses damage.
