i had an email from support:

We were sorry to learn that some players were unable to receive their rewards at the conclusion of this weekend’s event, due to being disconnected.

Our development team is currently exploring the possibility of being able to provide these rewards to those players that were affected. Once we have additional information to impart, we will contact you again via this same ticket.

still awaiting the possible reply.

The link works for me, here’s what the post in that link says in case it’s not working for you:

We have a team looking into disconnection problems that prevented some people from receiving their event rewards.

We will implement a solution so that people who participated will get their rewards, but this takes work on our end, so it will not happen today.

Keep an eye on our forums and social media channels, we will let you know once we have the solution in place.

Thank you, and we apologize that you were unable to claim your rewards.

anyway, my point was, no reply so far…

Nothing so far – still waiting.
I aint gonna let this go, I worked to hard during the whole weekend to just let this go. I value my free time more than that.
