Due to the missing status of the human gods it has become necessary for us to take over the administration and provision of “Wintersday”.

While it is customary for divine avatars of Grenth and Dwayna to supervise this portion of the festive calendar, we are sure that the presence of a few Asura will more than make up for their loss. If anything, it is likely that the celebration will actually be improved, for we exceed expectations in everything that we do.

For the duration of our tenure as custodians of Wintersday, we will, of course, accept the customary prayers, donations and reverence that would be given to the missing divine beings. It is, frankly, about time that our higher status was recognised anyway, so we will treat this as a practice run for the day that Asura assume their rightful place in the Tyrian social hierarchy once again.

Additionally, there will be no further references to us as “midgets”, “rat monkeys” or any other term that fails to consider our newly found position as festive saviours. Failure to respect this will result in a transfer from the “nice” status to “naughty” and a lack of gifts will surely result.

Honestly… I’m not sure if I’ll enjoy Wintersday without Grenth and Dwanya The Asura Nation can try but a thinly veiled Santa Claus really isn’t gonna do the trick for me

NB (Notice for Bookah) – Similarities between Asuran Wintersday and other festive events are purely coincidental. Also, the Toymaker has an airship the size of lion’s arch, just throwing that one in there.
