I applied the mobile authenticator to my account and didn’t set up an account name inside the app, so it resulted in me being locked out of my account. After over a week of going back and forth with the support team, I finally found someone who understood my problem and fixed my problem for me today.
I don’t know if Giovanni even reads the forums but I just want to express how grateful I am for the help I was given. The entire support team was extremely patient and willing to help. I was almost positive that my little Asura guardian was going to be lost forever.
I would just like to let ArenaNet know that you have made a customer for life.
