When I look in my mini collection, the is not even a space for her.

You didn’t answer my question so we could tell if you had it unlocked so I’ll just tell you that there are 3 places it could be.
1) the hero panel on the left, under where your equipment, the wardrobe, dyes, is
2) one of your char’s inventory
3) in your bank, at the very bottom in a collections tab

Guessing it’s # 3. You have to actually unlock the minis you had prior to the mini tab addition for them to show up in the mini collection.

Sorry, I have looked in all 3 places and still could not find the icon for her. So I am assuming she has not been unlocked yet.

By the way, the hero panel and the bank has a place for a search function. I suggest you type Jenna in there.

Yes, I think I did delete my original main, as I mucked up the story line at lvl 80 and couldn’t get to the end-game.
