So I’ve noticed something with how Anet balances stuff. If they want a big change, it feels like it goes over the top, either with nerf or buff, its not just a small increase, its a huge one. Although they can work out smaller balances, it seems to not be the case for bigger ones. This time it sounds like a Smiter’s Booning on a some what positive part for condi users.
*Smiter’s Booning – mostly used for nerfs, its a change to a skill/trait that is so extreme it completely takes it out of play (pretty much the lazy way out)
