Firstly: I rarely use the forums so I apologize if this is in the wrong subforum, is categorized wrong, etc.
I’m going for The Flameseeker Prophecies III: The Chosen and one of the last collection items I need is for The Battle for Ascalon City. I’ve tried waiting where the boss pops up for a few hours each day and more recently I’ve just ran around doing the meta events related to attacking the city and blowing up ghost stuff.
It has been 5 days total and I haven’t even seen the event. Is there something somewhere I’m missing? The wiki doesn’t say anything about a timer (on the :05 of every hour or something) or any meta event requirement.
Does anybody know something I don’t know? It seems sorta short-sighted to tag this onto an event that there’s no reliable information on repeating it and as far as I’m aware two precursors need to do this. Halp.
If I’m right, that is not a world event. You’ll have to go into Fractals to do it.
