Q:
Black lion keys & WVW
Considering how low the droprate was to begin with, 18 hours probably isn’t enough time to guage whether anything has changed.
from 0.0000000000000001 to 0.0000000000000002 yeah don’t hope to get any keys any time soon.

Doubling the droprate would be a massive buff over the whole player base.
Bloin – Running around, tagging Keeps, getting whack on Scoobie Snacks.

according to a thread on reddit, at least 20 people have had keys drop since the patch.
considering that most weren’t aware keys even dropped, and how reddit is a tiny fraction of the actual playerbase, it seems like the key droprate has been increased by a good few orders of magnitude

According to that thread though it seems the majority of players that got keys got them in fractals. As for WvW I am hoping I get one there as well, but drops are rarer there and I highly doubt I will see one any time soon.

ya I wouldn’t get your hopes up that key drop rates will be anything more than token increases. I spent all night killing all manner of creatures and didn’t get one key. I got 4 bl chests though:P. So so far the score is old key farm=1 every 20 to 25 min, vs. new increased odds= 0 over 8 hours.
I think anet just really wants us buying overpriced keys now. Get ready for skin costs to be on par with precursor costs.

Not really since 20 people having keys drops means nothing, you could have asked the same thing before the patch and 20 people could have reported having keys drop. IF 20 people reported having 2 keys drop in one day AFTER the patch I might be inclined to pay attention.
