Hi everyone, im stuck on whether i should buy Twilight or the new Expansion i have 100$ and i was wondering is it worth just buying the legendary off the traderpost or getting the Expansion instead. Thanks

I would stick to the old adage: “Buying an experience pays off much more than buying a thing”. As amazing as the legendary is, you’ll probably feel more legendary walking around the desert on top of a giant kitten bunny while killing hordes of living armors forged by the god of war and fire.

Buy the deluxe for 80 use then add more 20 USA on gems convert all to gold and buy pre from there it I’ll take you 1 mount approximate to complete twighlight and you I’ll get both

Buying equipment with money in this game is never cost efficient.

Gems are for frivolous items and various account upgrades, money is for expacs.

I would think that the legendary purchase will eat away at your mind knowing that the object you hold in your hand was not earned through sweat and tears but rather by flipping burgers at McD’s… Get the expansion and earn the Legendary if you really want it.

edit did not think about it but working at McD’s is aweful… get the legendary :P

Both are just time investment. One will be more efficient than the other.

trust me, the only legendary thing about the legendary, is the grind to get it. Once you have the legendary, you will see that it was money burnt/time lost.

Also, there are tons of really nice greatswords in the game. I am telling you this because i farmed my ass off for the twilight and now only use it in one of my 8 characters. The others use more appropriate swords.

Buy the expansion, it’s extra content you can enjoy.

I’m sorry you don’t like your legendary weapon(s). I happen to love mine; they were absolutely worth the effort, because I chose not to spend my time farming, but did stuff for fun. Everything in this game generates loot (except sneezing and chatting) and all loot can be converted to gold, to pay for stuff I might need for a shiny.

Of course, I wouldn’t blow US$100 on a skin, because it probably wouldn’t mean much to me as a result and I’d get many more hours of fun out of a new expac than out of any skin.

Build it from scratch. Do the legendary quests. Takes some time, but it is YOUR legendary weapon when finished.
Crafted Eternity (Twilight & Sunrise) on my own. Totally worth it

Buyers remorse is pretty common. I don’t get it because I realise what I’m in for and have a realistic expectation of how owning one will make me feel before I make one.
