Cross posting to be sure you have this information:

We have temporarily disabled the Heroic Notary and Notarized Scrolls while the team works on closing an exploit. We’ll re-enable the scrolls as quickly as possible, after the issue has been resolved.

Please Remove/Fix Thief Trait: “Last Refuge.”
“Hard to Catch” is a Horrible and Useless Trait. Fixed 6/23/15. Praise Dwayna.

While you’re at it, can you make those things account bound instead of soul bound? Your ranks are account wide, I think their rewards should be as well…

THIS SO MUCH!

My necro well bomber in WvW has little interest in becoming a front line reaper.

Ironically though he will be the only character on my account that will be able to purchase the elite spec.

I’d love that, although I can understand why they wouldn’t allow it. I still would rather play my Thief though to earn Hero Points for my Necro. My Thief doesn’t have use for the tokens anymore yet I still receive them.

For people who play wvw exclusively, and have little to no interest in pve, this is just not cool, tell me why did I bother to pre-order HoT if I still am going to be late to the new trait line party? I’ve been grinding ranks since hot released, this just sucks.
