Is it possible to change gear colour? I’m new to this game and just wandering.

Yes

Open up your Hero Panel (H), on the middle top (just above the Headgear), there should be an icon for Dyes.

Click it and the colors available to you is on the left side. Click on the color, mouse would change to something like a paintbrush and click on the little colored square/s just below each gear icon. It will tell you what part of the gear will be changed in color.

You can get more colors via looting/buying dyes.

Yep, you get dyes. When you get an unidentified dye as a drop you’ll get a random color. After that go into your Hero screen (H), click on the… eye dropper icon at the top of the Hero screen and it’ll take you to the dye screen. You start off with a number of dye and you get more through drops.

Yes, if you press H to bring up the character pane you will see a little eye dropper icon above your gear slots. This opens the dye pane which comes with some starter dyes.

You can collect more dyes. They’re a semi-rare drop from anywhere in the world and when you click on them you “learn” them and they’re added to your colour palette.

yes it is... If you press "H" it will take u to your ragdoll and equppied items. Above the equipped items to the direct left of the ragdoll you will find a small eyedropper. Click here and it will give you the dye panes.
