So i know there is 1 item to change everything on you´re character, but if you just wanna change hair or just you´re chin or jaw there isent any option for that.

And since i just wanna change 1 thing on my character i dont wanna buy 350 diamonds for it, so now i wonder why isent there a place where you can pay gold 2 change looks on you´re character??

that´s what i wonder, any info about this or ides please leav them here on this forum.

Have a great day

If you just want to change hair there’s a separate slightly cheaper self style hair kit for 250 gems. But anything that changes anything other than hair during character creation uses the full total makeover kit for 350 gems.

The game is subscription free and ANet needs to pay the bills so cosmetic items are cash shop but the game does allow you to convert in game gold to gems. Depending on the time of day a total makeover kit will currently run you 63 to 74 gold, hair only kit 45 to 52 gold. I admit it’s not a pittance but throwing $10€ at ANet for 800 gems is the quick way.

Sorry, your options are either the Total Makeover Kit, or the Self-Style Hair Kit. If you just want to change your hair color/style, the Hair Kit is the cheaper option, but if you want to change anything else (even if it’s just your eye color,) it’s either a Total Makeover Kit or a new character.

That probably feels like a waste, if you just want to make a small adjustment to your character, but I wouldn’t want to see a “Self-Style Nose Kit,” a “Self-Style Eye Kit,” etc. Two options keeps them easy to understand.

You may already know this, but you can exchange gold for gems in-game, without spending real-world money. 350 gems is approximately 64.g65s at the current rate. It’s not cheap enough to just do it on a whim, but it’s doable if it means a lot to you.

Edit: Looks like Behellagh beat me to it.

Both kits are also uncommon drops from black lion chests. You can get the keys by doing personal story, pvp or lucky drops if you don’t want to use gems.

Otherwise, buy gems with gold like the others have said.
