The best way to make legendaries would be class specific legendaries. These legendaries can change forms depending on what weapon you want to use. By a simple click you can change the legendary weapon from being a GS, to being an Axe, from an Axe to a Warhorn. Etc. As it is Class Specific, it can only transform into the weapon types that class can use. All the transformations will be the same style, same effects etc.

I don’t think that would be a good idea. If you could get X amount of weapons with ONE legendary, older legendary owners would feel betrayed :l

The old legendaries should be improved then and made into all types of weapons.
