Guild Wars 2

If I put down a fire field, and someone else sends a projectile through it, it burns foes. Whose condition damages stat does it use to determine how much damage the burning does?

Nevermind. Wiki clearly states the answer. I am a dumb.

I believe it’s the person who used the projectile.
