Guild Wars 2

I’ve started playing this game a long time ago but came back recently to start over (never came far then). If I want to start a new character, would you recommend sticking with the same race (playing Asura now) or chosing another race. I’m worried that it’ll get boring to see all things again if I play the same race again, but I don’t know if there are any benefits for sticking with the same race.

Any suggestions?

I highly recommend trying all races, if nothing else for achievements, heh.

I would go for a different race for variety, but it’s up to you.

You can actually get a different experience with the same race by making different choices during character creation (which determines your level 10 – 30 story) and going to a different races area to level up.

I would also suggest one more thing. Dont play asura. This small, selfish race was created only to serve as slaves to other great nations of Tyria. Even though some are trying to deny their destiny, they cant ceny the undeniable. Some groups of mighty heroes already started purging their lands. It is only a matter of months before we will be finally free from these heretics.

You are already playing the #masterrace. All the other races will disappoint you.

If you feel like something a bit differant, try a Charr Mesmer.
Ive been playing one now for over 6 months and have yet to find another.
