Hi guys. (sorry for bad english)
As many others people without eagle eyes I have problems locate cursor on screen very often especialy in large fights where are a bilion of other effects. So I tried found some solution (I dreamed for EVE Online guidelines into cursor). Basicly you cant change cursor directly because its part of datafile but what you can is add to it another cursor overlay like GW2stuff overlay for events. Its simply another cursor what follow cursor in game.
I found program for that called gw2cursor (thx to guy who made it!):

Just download standalone version. You can simply start using it with default version or you can change cursor1.png into cursor what you want.
It was quite easy edit cursor and make my dreamed guidelines (screen is without cursor because printscreen dont capture it)
I hope devs dont see it bannable because it really helps colorblind people like me:-)
