Do these Sigils still drop from Wintersday stuff this year? They were added to sPvP, so I assumed that the devs would re-add a way to get this sigil in PvE.

I haven’t seen any nor seen any mention of others getting them, so my gut says no, but perhaps some of the people who have actually opened presents en masse can weigh in a bit more accurately (I’ve only opened maybe a stack or two).
