I wad kind of thinking lately and is there any source of music besides the giant device in DR and lady Wi’s practice behind a closed door?

You’d think there’d be street musicians in DR, or Sylvari exploring the great art of music, or the Charr rolling their drums of war. Not even the flutes of the Norn make a sound.

Was there never any time or resources to make the most basic level of music? For some reason it feels there is a huge piece of “living world” music basically because music next to doesn’t exist in tyria

You can go to the Commodore’s Quarter in Lion’s Arch to hear the audible delights of Marcello DiGiacomo if you like!

Well, there’s some street performers at Wintersday and of course our all-time favorite (failed) musician: Marcello DiGiacomo

There are pipe-organs on different maps and quite a few singing NPCs:
