It’s a new account and he is level 2 only, but there was never a restriciton on this a few weeks back when my brother started playing, has this been changed recently or what? I didn’t see it in the latest patch at least, maybe under radar?

the pvp icon shows up on the bar at level 22 on all new accounts (has been this way for a while now). not sure if that’s what you mean.

however I’m fairly sure pvp can still be accessed by setting a keybind for the pvp panel in the controls menu.

No, not even that works, the icon is clearly showing but he can’t access the panel. Also it wasmt this a mere few weeks back…

Until 35 according to wiki if you are f2p

Good point. The panel doesn’t have a keybinding by default, so maybe assign a key to it and see if that works.
