You can set your preferred hot key to toggle the UI. I use F11 as it’s near Print Screen.

The norn warrior I made after months of trying to make a charr warrior look even half decent. Sadly, charr are becoming more of a joke race at this point.

I have 2 of my warrior, Rose Faron, and one of my necro, Rose Dalila Ranae. The first one is my warrior’s steampunk look. The second is her savior of the world “boss in the stream” screen shot (taken during LS content). Then my necro enjoying the look of a devastated LA.

This reminds me of TNTM on guru. Such good times.

Unfortunately, since my computer isn’t too good (sooon) I won’t submit anything. But good luck.

I just finished putting together my current outfit, so I’ll throw in my own entry for the fun of it. I suspect I may have somewhat unique tastes, but here you go! Ruaun, the Sylvari Mesmer:

Cute Sylvari are cute!

(Don’t need a key, but I never pass on a chance to share my love of aesthetics and roleplaying).

E’theus Rook, the soul-bending Guardian and traveler. I roleplay him as a unique-racial character – closer to the Largos or a traditional dark elf than the gray Sylvari I had to settle for.

Amaranth, captain of the (fictitious) Blackrose Guild, curious Mesmer, and oft-times love interest of E’theus.

Raeth Aethor, human scholar, assassin, and politician.

And the last image is my in-progress human (spirit) Ranger re-imagining of E’theus. Started him after hearing about the upcoming Ranger buffs, as I consider Rangers to be a more fun class than Guardians, as well as desire to make his appearance more coherent and closer to my imagined look. Keeps to the original character’s nice, simple cinders, cocoa, gold color theme and epic long coat. I don’t have all the armor parts yet, so I have to settle for the bank wardrobe preview.

Enjoyed putting this together.

On the first and second pictures, my noble Necromancer is enjoying a quiet evening at the gardens of Divinity’s Reach.
Then, on the third one, she’s ready for battle against the Mordrem.
After that is my timid Warrior, preparing for her fight in the Mists.
Next is my Mesmer, relaxing at a lovely location after a rather intense trip to Orr. After that, she’s got a Priory exploration mission in the corrupted Iron Marches!
Last, but not least, is my Elementalist practicing his spells in Southsun Cove and Mount Maestrom! He certainly doesn’t mind the heat~

I don’t think I can win this, but hopefully you’ll still enjoy my pictures~

While I don’t stand a chance and I have no idea for a good screenshot (I hope that’ll change during the next hours), I’ll just shamelessly copy my old screen, where my warrior is enjoying the sights of Arah. (I’m sure with some editing this could make for a great wallpaper cough)

I love all the pictures – some fantastic fashion and screen shots. I especially like the rainbow wizard that Donari showed us. Very creative way to color his garments that I have never seen anywhere else.

Some really nice entries here. I know that Photoshop was allowed, but in the interest of making the wallpaper really stand out, I err… had to do a little editing (hope I didn’t go overboard).

Finally is my newest character, pairing up with my brother’s Micaiah character to try and make a scene where Sothe is looking out for her. The one I’m entering in that picture is the Thief

All righty! Here is Donari Mal di Bette himself, in a few of his many fashions. While normally he goes for greens and blacks, when he’s out for an evening on the town he’s more likely to go for white. When adventuring he’s more practical, as you can see when he faces down a Watch Knight (since then he’s collected an ambrite shortbow but he was true to the Krytan style a good long time). That one might count as wallpaper material and a larger version can be sent to you if you want it. Some of these shots have ladies in them; one died to the miasma in the LA attack, but is not forgotten. /mourn

If I had known it was supposed to be about cool poses and background graphics I wouldn’t have posted login screens… my suggestion is please stipulate that if you do this again… awesome seeing a ranom contest to support the player community though! It was noted in the OP that the pictures submitted was going to be for her desktop background. So I posted pics that I would use.
