With all the other events in october, nov, and dec, they had videos anet made associated with the event. Will there be one with Flame and Frost? If so will it be coming soon, before the 28th? or later in feb?

imo, this content update is mostly technical stuff or loot.
you want a video of small ascended gear and laurel icons floating around ?

It is unlikely there will be one since they did not release it at the same time that they updated the event page.

I for one am glad that arenanet is taking a month off from these events (even thought I truly enjoyed each one) because there are some things in this game that need serious attention.

they are doing events tho. i mean the flame and frost prelude is part of an event. it says we will be helping out the refugees from wayfarer foothills and diessa plateau. its still a story event but its part of a larger tale encompassing several months. i just thought theyd make a video to accompany the prologue of this story.

Since the January update is a “prelude,” I don’t think we really need a video promo too. It seems like the first update will be sufficient introduction.
