“Hi,
So we discussed this idea. The fact of the matter (and I should have been easily able to answer this) is that armor is in high demand across the game and thus for the time being it would be unlikely that we would see a fractal only set.”

I was disappointed with that answer, but you guys have to allocate resources how you have to allocate them, but in light of there being 3 dedicated sets of armor being released just for Tournament players (per Ready Up 18 that just happened) I am seriously disappointed in the decision to not have Fractal sets. I am not saying don’t have the Tourney sets. I think that is a great way to draw attention to the PvP in this game and is necessary. To not have Fractal armor skins is something I seriously think needs to be reconsidered. If armor is in high demand across the game but you are willing to make 3 full armor sets for just a few people and not for the myriad people that run Fractals is a serious disappointment. Fractals are the de facto high-end dungeon style content in the game and don’t have their own unique armor skins. It’s a shame and I hope you guys rectify it. Thanks for your time.

I think you hit the nail on the head though with your own comment: there is a myriad of players who play Fractals.
The exclusivity of the Tournament armor would allow the Tournament players to showcase themselves – because, unlike Fractals, winning the Tournament is extremely exclusive. A Legendary weapon or some Ascended crafting materials don’t necessarily cut it for how exclusive that honor is.
I think, on the other hand, that it just returns to the issue that a lot of people have – whether or not it’s in armor skins, weapon skins, skills, classes, etc. – but we could use some serious expansion to this game.
