Gem Bought cosmetic gear is soulbound on use?
Which item did you buy? Not 100% sure but I believe town clothes are always account bound, and armor skins will be soulbound if they’re applied to armor of masterwork (green-named) or higher quality since all masterwork items are soulbound on use.
The medium armor skin on sale. It says soulbound on use. It does not say anything about masterworks etc…
Once i buy a cosmetic all characters i make should have access to that cosmetic as thats the standard i have come to expect.
100% agree. Buy having the option to mail your alts a free copy of any cosmetic item you bought in the gem store.
ya can mog onto something that is not soulbound and bank it. Next toon can then use it as a skin.

umm the description is pretty clear you can use it on only one character
This post is suggesting that should be changed to use skins on all of our characters. Most people don’t like paying for the same thing more then once.

There is no way I’m going to buy a one time only skin for that price… all the more considering that you have to buy the whole set even if you just want the legs for example.
It should work like the reward from the all of monument : unlock it and use it as much as you want.
The way it is now, I could never play a alt the same way I play my main. By that I mean dressing them up in new skins.
