First time I’ve ever seen it, dropped in a dragon chest (specifically the shatterer), seems like everyone got it. Is this something for wintersday? or just a junk item added to the dragon chest loot table in the last day to make them even more worthless drop wise?

Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?
