Guild Banners Inside Dungeons?

I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find ANYthing that answers my question.
I haven’t been able to activate any Guild Banners inside of dungeons (Karma, Magic Find). Sooooo is it not possible to activate them once inside of a dungeon? Because if not….that makes me terribly sad and disappointed.
