Guild Wars 2

Yesterday, my guild and I tried out the guild rush but didn’t complete 15 so next time I’m thinking of asking for more help.

But does the guild rush only award commendations/personal rewards for 15 players or does everyone that can finish in the 30 min window get the reward?

Also, I had one guy join in from another guild that finished the rush but didn’t get a reward/commendation. He said he was repping my guild while he was doing the guild rush. Is this a bug?

30 min window to do it, everyone who completes it gets personal rewards.
He probably wasn’t repping, as i invited some people just for rush and they got their comm with no problems.
