Guild Wars 2

Hey everyone,
I was wondering who you all watch on YouTube for GW2 videos. I already watch MattVisual, WoodenPotatoes, and Signs of Kelani. Are there any other good ones I’m missing?
Also are there any YouTube channels that talk about the economy/BLTC that gives some help on how to play the market for money?

I sometimes use GW2 as a backdrop for my discussions—especially when GW2 is the topic of my dissertation that video. However, you’ve listed everyone that I actually spend time looking at when it’s time for me to get my GW2 YT fix.

GW2 economy videos about how to play the market and what’s in the market have been hit-or-miss for me. While there’s some nice data mining sites out there (e.g. gw2spidy.com) they’re not always the best to use—it’s almost stock market like. Also: It’s not what I do in game to make money.

I’ll keep an eye out for video makers who focus on that area and report back if I find anything.

Almost no “essential” items cost much at all. Your full exotic set & runes/sigils will cost you, at most, about 50g tops. Everything that costs money will be cosmetic.

Make money the fun way, by playing how you want. Don’t kitten around doing boring, menial tasks just ‘cause it gives an extra buck, that’s a fools errand.

I guess you haven’t seen Bogotter, Dontain and also Guildcast yet. U should check them out. If u want to make golds, farm and run dungeons then sell everything u picked up. Recently I’ve been fatming the invasions and my gold stash is at 700 golds now. I sold pretty much everything I loot.

I wish! I have world completion finished, that’s it. Just started working on it

For a cosmetic upgrade, just focus on having fun.

You will be much happier spending 4 months getting your Legendary by having fun, than crying tears of boredom for 1 month.

On Twitch there’s Shinryu_*something* and BitCloud. There is also KaeyiDream, who used to be a huge supporter of ArenaNet and Guild Wars 2. Lately though she’s been playing a lot of other games. She never gave a reason for why she stopped playing Guild Wars 2.

Definitely look up SirKoroshi. He has the best, and funniest, engineer videos in WvW. He’s a must-watch for any GW2 player.

Twilight is the hope, but I’ll be fine with any of the GS

I try to watch as little video as possible. I don’t like YouTube videos, too many people that just like to hear their voice coming from the screen. It bugs me when I look up a tip for something I’m trying to figure out and the first page of results are 15 minute videos of someone talking and flipping through their inventory for 14 minutes and 1 minute showing what to do. In many cases a few pictures and a couple of lines of text would have sufficed. I guess I can’t complain too much though, after all I was the one seeking info.
