Seems like one of our guild leader got hacked and started kicking everyone out.

We were in the middle of doing a Guild Puzzle and and ppl were getting kicked out

300+ members are all guildless right now and have no idea what to do…

I am a guild leader myself but never realized a guild leader can kick another leader out

Is there anyway to get our guild back..?

wow that is a really sad story. i have no clue if you can have your guild back though, my guess is no, if you too have been kicked, otherwise you could kick the other leader until he gets his account back.
unfortunately if you are in the same position of the guild creator yes, you can kick each other

This is just downright crazy…how could 1 person destroy the whole guild?

Not sure whats the idea of letting one guild leader kick other guild leader…

The only way to get your guild back if all the leaders have been kicked is if the leader who is doing the kicking gets his account back. Anet will not get involved in any guild issues as they have stated many times in the past, so all you can do is hope he regains his account.

No, the cap is not 250. It is “at least” 400, and may be as high as 500 but I am not sure.

Depending on if the guild has done the necessary upgrades, a guild’s maximum size can reach 500. You have my sympathy though dude. I hope your GL gets his account back and you guys get your guild back. Building a guild to that size is NOT easy.

The guild I am in has over 300 members so its possible. The cap may be 500, but not sure.

As to this thread, if he was hacked then you’ve probably lost everything in the guild bank. What worse, if the hacker kicks everyone out of the guild and then leaves the guild himself, y’all have lost the guild and all it’s influence too.

guild max pop is 500 and we had about 300 ppl in it…

Have the account owner open a ticket, if he/she can’t get access to his/her account to do it in-game, it can also be done here: https://support.guildwars2.com/ he’ll probably have to demonstrate his identity and give proof of ownership of the game, and they usually do a one time rollback of accounts when they’re hacked (may also reverse the guild losses, no idea), but it’ll probably take a few days (there’s a thread in the support section where you can post ticket numbers for cases that aren’t solved after 3 days for them to get extra attention, so I guess that’s how long you’re expected to wait), so in the meanwhile I guess you might want to create an alternate guild and invite everyone to it until it’s all sorted out.
