I’ll try to keep this short as i tend to ramble a bit.

With guild halls have such a tiny population cap when an instance is created it creates major problems when trying to get larger groups into the hall and in to the same instance. It feels like any time more then 3 or 4 new people enter a guild hall it needs to make another instance, and you can see where this might get messy with larger groups attempting to enter and multiple instances being created, and if its another guilds hall people tend to get kicked back into whatever map they were in previously, often multiple times.

To give context to my personal frustration and as an example of a situation.
Today some of us in the WvW/GvG community had set up scrims with random teams consisting of players from all different servers/guilds. In total there was around 28 people, it took us over half an hour to get everyone into the same instance of a guild hall without it creating a new one on us or kicking people out(personally i got kicked from the hall 6 times). Its honestly frustrating and something that I feel shouldn’t happen. It really is a major deterrent when trying to coordinate and set up events using a guild hall where multiple guilds or large groups are involved.

Is this something Anet is ever going to address or look at? Would love an answer regarding the matter either way.

I remember a post where the Devs addressed this issue. You can use Google to search.

Good luck.
