I’m pretty sure that 45 Euros are fine with an expansion for a B2P game.
And I’m ok with conveniente bundles for new players.
The problem is that usually those 2 things are different and the bundle actually should cost more then the expansion itself.
NCSoft/ANet would have made much more money and way less people angry if the expansion was at 45 Euros and the bundle at 50 Euros.
You could even leave the Deluxe at 75 Euros for new and old players, and way more people would have bought it.
