I made topic day ago about how everything requires me to grind if i want any lvl 80 exotics. I was sitting in Lions Arch doing nothing cause everything seemed useless.
Yesterday i logged in game and my guild was forming dungeon run just to help out those who are farming something, i was bored as always and joined. They asked me which dungeon i need and i said that i dont care cause i already gave up on game. So they decided on AC explorable, we did one very laid back run and in the end i see that i have earned almost gold, got like 30 tokens and had very good time.
So it came to me, i just need to relax and go with the flow, and i had blast for rest of the day, i did 3 different dungeons, went to Fields of Ruin to buy karma stuff which ended up in around hour just walking around city looking at interesting things.
Now i have loads of things to do, i have 50% map still to explore 5 dungeon sets that i will get someday (might even get my first gearpiece rather soon if guild does more TA), jumping puzzles, wvwvw and so on and on.
Theres alot of grind in this game but its only grind if you actually grind it, and alot of people say that game isnt rewarding which actually aint true, they just work for rewards and then rewards turn into payment. Now i feel i have switched my wow mentality completely at last and im loving the game. Lets see how i feel after few days.

I’m glad you found a way to enjoy the game. I have logged just a little bit over 400 hours ( just f.y.i. I’m disabled and don’t have much else to do) since headstart launch. I’m no where near done with all this game has to offer. The jumping puzzles, explorable achievements, mapping zones, crafting. My guild of just over 50 members has become pretty tight and we’re starting to get the hang of dungeons together. We’re also just hanging out and have lot’s of fun.
