But I have no one to play with. I have started a few characters, but I stay in the low levels before I lose interest again, due to no one being around me to socialize with and I wind up quitting for a bit again. The game seems great and I think I would enjoy it, but just the social aspect of it is killing me….

Try to get into a decent Edge of Mist map, at least you will have plenty of people to get xp with.

Not even sure what that is….

Press B, and click the ‘Enter the Edge of Mist’ button.

Look for a commander tag ,and head for them.

I’ll level a bit with you if you’d like, don’t really need to but enjoy talking and having a chill leveling time =P

Seriously, join a guild. Even if it’s a random map chat spamming guild. Before long, you’ll get to know some of your guildies, get involved in group activities, etc. Heck, join a couple guilds so you can switch if one gets quiet when you’re on.
