Mist doppelganger of certain golem.
description:
He apeared suddenly in Lion’s Arch. He states that he was born from The Mist. He resembles legendary golem.

Mind-O-Troller.C is going to be npc that will send us to small area in The Mist.
In that area people can take mind control over nonamed folk with faces covered with black tape censor on eye or paper folder or mozaika. You will be able to control it, using its abilities, test on mist dummies and against other npc folks there. There would be not anything interesting in that at all if not one certain detail. These folks have weapon and utility skills twisted/created by higher deities called devs, forum folks, community.

I came with something like test area where every week or 2 or when there on forum will happens good or interesting ideas to implement them in there as skills of those npcs.
-npc xxx – idea for weapons skills xxx – idea for utility skills xxx – created by xxx.
People see full list like that and choose which one to test and after that they can leave opinion in hand of our fresh new golem friend.
It would be good way to enchance cummunication between us about balance etc.
Very transparent and attractive imo.

That game have more modes of playing not only pvp, but adding chance to duel as test thing would be nice in that way, but there is problem if they would implement it. So I limited it to dummies and enemy npcs in that suggestion.

Not only incoming balance versions and balanced versions still on the table, but also crazy ideas, ideas that never happen and small tweaks. It would gather attention around it.
