Hello all! I have saved my gold since release and finally purchased my desired precursor. I am so anxious to craft it but am still stuck on the t6 mats. Out of the 2x years I have played, I have saved about 1200 gold, but roughly 60-100 items per t6 mat.

Can anyone make a suggestion on the best way to get these mats quickly? One method I have heard was to burn laurels (I have 153 saved)… but I am unsure if this is worth it. Is this a good option? Are there other ideas?

TBH the last thing I want to do is spend the next 6 months grinding dungeons as I have been for the last couple years just to buy the precursor. Thanks all

Spending 153 laurels will net you 459 tier 6 fine mats. The percentage of getting either is the same so it would be close to an even distribution (more or less).

Oh. I also suggest going for the 77 clovers first before buying any of the t6 materials.

I figured that I would gain roughly 60 per mat. I would still still need to acquire hundreds of t6 mats though.

I normally get 30 of each when going for clovers. The next best thing would be to farm the gold as there’s no direct way to get those materials quickly. It currently costs about 669 gold to buy 250 of all eight but will cost you much less considering you should have more than half.

Other than laurel bags, I found myself getting loads of T6 mats while doing all that Silverwastes collection stuff – especially ectos, which you can salvage into T6 dust.
