Hey all! Just unlocked this odd skin by talking to a guy and solving a little puzzle- no real hard work and a totally unique skin- are there any other instances similar to this? I love to collect things like this- so I’m wondering if there’s any other hidden items to snag!

That’s about the only one that is quest-related directly. Other skins are available from heart vendors or via collections. The early-Halloween back item Mad Memoires had a quest to unlock it (I’m not sure why they haven’t brought it back yet).
John Smith: “you should kill monsters, because killing monsters is awesome.”
There are also a couple of minis and glider skins you can quest for in game (angry gift box for instance). However, you must purchase the starter item with gems, and that may only be seasonally available.
And, of course, the Caladbolg quest(s). Some items from Precursor journeys, as well.
