I never post but am a lurker on this board but tonight I felt that I needed to share my experience with ANET.

So tonight I made a huge mistake.

I have been working towards the Juggernaut and have been using The Colossus on my Warrior and I don’t really like to look of the precursor and I figured because of how the Wardrobe function is, that I could possible make it look like Entropy but still be The Colossus. As this is only my second Pre, I thought hey maybe it works like this, so I asked through Map Chat and I had a person said it would work like that.

I stupidly transmutated The Colossus – I freaked out, I thought I had lost all of the hardwork I had put into making this weapon. I contacted support, just kind of throwing a prayer out there that they could remedy the situation.

ANET said that they would be able to help me. They understood my problem and then proceeded to replace and re-soulbind the Coloussus back to my Warrior. Granted I’ll have to buy sigils again but that’s a small price to pay.

I just wanted to say thank you ANET, I know you guys take a lot of flak by people but the support on this game is unmatched by any game I have ever played, period.

Support and player care like this gives me reason to go out and keep purchasing gem store items to help support this great game. I suggest we all, even in times of frustration, realize that the people behind the veil truly make this game great and deserve our support.

Oh, and please don’t comment on how dumb I am. I know I am.

Yup, They are usually pretty darn awesome. I’ve had them replace a mistaken Gem Store Purchase before. With the warning that they wouldn’t do it again if I messed up again, lol. So I am always extra careful when buying things in the gem store.

Yup, They are usually pretty darn awesome. I’ve had them replace a mistaken Gem Store Purchase before. With the warning that they wouldn’t do it again if I messed up again, lol. So I am always extra careful when buying things in the gem store.

I’m also extra careful when deleting characters – even just key farmers! They helped me replace a Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic when I accidentally deleted it on my keyfarmer

And just recently they gave me a refund for some items which I couldn’t use anymore, which was awesome of them!

45 characters, 20 level 80s, 11 impersonal story completions and counting.

I am glad they are able to help, and wish you god’s speed to craft your Juggernaut!

Overall i am very happy with GW2’s support, they are doing awesome works!
