Just a quick observation - Sayeh al'Rajihd
When I first saw a Largos, I was like “Wow, who let this silly crap into my Guild wars lore.”
Pretty much all I’ve ever thought about Largos.

Pretty much this.

I think the Largos are pretty awesome so I shall put the tally at 2-1 against.

I agree, they’re a good addition to Tyria. The only “problem” I’d say is that they’re not really fleshed out yet. The whole mystery behind them also make them feel a bit bare bones. When ANet goes a bit more into them, then they’ll really start to shine.
They are interesting but a bit too much of the dark- elf, angel thing imo- way to cliche for the GW universe, if they become a race I really wish they would move away from that
They are winged underwater dark elf mysterious ninjas. Just a grab-bag of overused cliches, instead of being an interesting, unique race.

I believe the largos are the descendents of the original margonites. They say the margonites were a sea-faring race, so that fits. We’ve only ever seen the corrupted ones who’d been imprisoned with abbadon. Surely some of the race didn’t follow abbadon though, and only his followers were corrupted.
They have wings and so did the margonites. They come from the sea. I just think it’s a possibility.
The largos are cool and their fluff seems to be interesting if expanded. If only they haven’t looked like like overgrown butterflies
