Hello,

With today’s patch, there was a great addition to the Lava Lounge and a horrible one.

Very happy with the dungeon vendor. It’s great. It’s convenient. Perfect.

And then I noticed that the Merchant, which was perfectly placed near the Bank and the BL Trader, has been MOVED far far away, and in its place there is now the Guild Bank. I find it hard to believe this would be convenient for anyone, since you use the merchant all the time, while the guild bank… let’s just say “somewhat” less often, just to be kind.

Anyway. Please ArenaNet, undo the horror, and switch the guild bank npc with the general merchant as it was when I bought the permanent pass.

Agreed – thank you for adding the dungeon vendor (and the launch pad). But please (please, please, please) put the merchant back over by the trading post and bank.

I agree, the guild bank is useless 90% of the time since only guild owners actually withdraw anything from them. And your average player isn’t going to often dump anything valuable in there. Now I have to run across the lounge to clear my inventory of junk or buy basic tools. If I want to access something guild related, I’ll go to that corner, much like I would in Lion’s Arch. They’re not mixed in LA, so now LA is technically better arranged than lava lounge in that regard.

Just about nobody cares about Guild Banks.

I care about guild banks but i liked it in its old spot because it was closer to the crafting station where i use my regular bank, i only ran over to THAT side of the lounge ever to use the tp.

As a follow up to my previous post, and since I thought there was no point to make a new topic just to say this, I’d like to say thank you!

I’m talking about the general merchant npc being back next to the trader and bank npcs in Lava Lounge!

Thank you so much for the change on 11/8! The merchant is back over by the Trading Post, but for those that got used to having a merchant over by the jeweler crafting station, that merchant is there too. The guild bank is now over to the side of the regular banker. This was a great change. Thank you!
