I recently noticed the GW2 wiki says that it’s possible to remove condis on yourself with a light field combo finisher (whirl). How close to your opponent do you have to be? A radius of 180?

I don’t think your opponent has anything to do with that combo. It relies on you having a condition on you and having the combo field and finisher (both done by either you or allies) performed close enough to you.

What do you mean? I’m not sure how this affects your opponent

If someone whirls in a lightfield condi’s are cleansed on allies. the whirl nexs to be executed in the lightfield, and it will release some projectiles, I have the idea only the ppl hit wil be affected, so the closer you are the bigger the chance of succesfull cleansing.

I use this with some ppl when playing hammer guard vs Mai Trin. protection an cleanse makes it easy and secondly I get goot heals fromthe symbol as well.
