They sent mails about two months ago for it, you’re late dude.

Actually, they sent mails out but not everyone got one, while some people who did get to loot the chest got another reward in the mail. Last I recall, ANet acknowledged that the mail rewards didn’t go out correctly, and were looking into a fix.

This should be long fixed by now, people who didn’t get one submitted a report and got one.
