It isn’t. Some parts of that quest are in the game due to a glitch, but not all – and there’s no reward giving npc so even if all 6 pages were obtainable it still wouldn’t give you anything.
By the way, if the event will follow the same pattern as in 2012, the next 3 pages will become available in the second week.
