Make it so you can’t deposit them with the rest of your collectibles when hitting the “deposit collectables” button.

Sweet heavens my prayer has not gone unanswered!

An invisible bag fixes that problem, but I would rather have a way to devote them as suggested for a new tab in heroe panel.

I am also very much in favor of a dedicated mini-slot on the hero tab. Now I have to go into my invisible bag every time after zoning or death to get my mini back. A lot of hassle just to have a mini out.

I find a little salt and pepper makes them more desirable.

I would use them more if I had a summon button or some method better than having them in my inventory. Its kind of clunky and annoying at present to bother with them too much.

They definatly have too few features and/or usability for the price. 1000 gems for 4 miniatures seems to be the norm.

This sounds more like Pokemon, and not GW2. I think it’s a bad idea.

LOL MINIS. Why would you want one? I can barely see them with the naked eye, sometimes I grab my microscope for funz. Next to that they do nothing substantial they only follow you like a soulless entitity and leave when you die or teleport. LOL, minis are the biggest scam of GW2, they rip so much of your money by selling nothing. Gratz GW2!

Everytime I see a mini as reward for a LS. I refuse doing the LS.
I am sure that more people have this mentality. Please remove minis and let LS be more popular. Why in GODS name would I want a mini princess queen pet LOL.

Oké, so now some constructive feedback.
Make minis an armour/weapon-ish item and let us upgrade them with stats. Give them slots that we can infuse etc.

Great idea. I would actually get interested in mini’s if this was in-game. I also would like to have more mini’s that require a deed in order to gain the new mini, just like Liadri.

I love having the miniature follow me, but having to keep activating it after dying is annoying, and having it take up space in the bag.

It makes having a miniature entirely pointless and/or annoying.

looks like they made a small improvement to minis today, but not nearly enough, we still have to reequip the mini all the time.

Automated use sounds really neat.

It would, thats why this thread needs to stay alive.

We need pollymock for our mini pets, we have an arena in Lions Arch already!

I want Legendary Minis.

Do you have suggestions for legendary minis? I think elder dragons like Zhaitan would make good ones

But, I tire of having to re-summon my mini. Seriously anet, can we please have them stay out when we die/re-zone???

It needs to happen, but knowing Anet it will take years to get an other improvement after the recent no auto deposit miniatures as collectibles.

Account-bound tab. Please. I don’t care if I lose all but one of my mini Jennahs for the privilege.

I wish we could equip them somehow to our character and wouldn’t lose them every time we entered a new map. :/ It would also be good if they stuck closer to us.

Hopefully they’ll improve these things in the feature pack, but I’m kind of doubtful. :/

EDIT: And yeah, I agree with OP’s suggestions, but if they could at least do the above for the time being, that’d be great for me.

I would rather have my necro’s minions live through map changes or even entering and leaving water. At least his minions are useful and not just fluff.

I don’t like minis since they serve no purpose and just clutter up the screen. And judging by how often I see them most other players don’t like them or use them either. I can go days without seeing one, even when my characters are in town.

Oh yeah, that too. I’ve recently created my fourth character – a necro. This doesn’t bother me that much yet, though. Mostly because I haven’t been spending much time with him so far. But I guess I’ll feel the same when I focus on him more.

Maybe the reason why most people don’t equip minis is simply because they don’t bother anymore. I, for example, don’t bother equipping my mini after entering a new map a few times. It just annoys me, so I just walk around without a mini accompanying me instead. :P

This also shows how many ’’little’’ problems there are in GW2 that could easily be improved if ANet simply desired so. :/

I guess I wouldn’t mind if Anet enhanced minis in some ways. Maybe some games for them or something. It’s just there are probably more players who have necros say than those who use minis. I main a mesmer and would like to see all of the bugs on their skills and traits fixed before they spend time on things that seem peripheral to the game. There are quite a few bugs and fixes that I think need attention first, the trait system being paramount.

I’d love if certain minis could interact with eachother.

Like, for example, Mini Traeherne with any risen mini = “This won’t end well”.

Or Mini Scarlet has a “Later Tater” quote when being stored :V

1 – I agree it woud be much better with an exclusive tab/sub tab for minis.

2 – Also, I approve that we need a fix as they disappear when you load into a new zone

3 – if minis could interact with each other in any way it would be awesome
