I reread the Wiki on Precision http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Precision and was trying to get a handle on the total points needed to reach 100 percent Critical Chance (the page states 3016) as I’m planning my Final Armor/Weapons/Trinkets/Accessory Upgrades to get as close as I can to that number.
Using my Revenant for checking (1711-916)/21=37.85 critical (matching).
What has me baffled is can you pickup another 2016 points in precision (Full Ascended Gear) to reach the magical 100 percent?. I haven’t dived into Weapon Stats but so far I’m not seeing a possibility of finding the needed points in precision. They state that at level 80, you get 1000 points free, that’s the 1000-916 the formula shows.
Keep in mind that fury gives you something like 20%.
